Annual financial statements
Your annual financial statements are the document everyone else uses to judge your business — SARS when they assess you, the bank when you apply for finance, a buyer when you eventually sell.
Your annual financial statements are the document everyone else uses to judge your business — SARS when they assess you, the bank when you apply for finance, a buyer when you eventually sell.
They need to be right, they need to be compliant, and they need to arrive before the deadline rather than after it.

What it costs
Price on request
Priced per set, based on entity type and the state of the underlying records. If we do your monthly bookkeeping, this is cheaper — the groundwork is already done.
Getting started
- Send us your year-end records — or nothing at all, if we already keep your books
- We compile and query anything that doesn't reconcile
- You review and sign, then we submit
Common questions
Do my financial statements need to be audited? Most owner-managed small businesses don't require an audit. What applies to you depends on your public interest score and what your Memorandum of Incorporation says. We'll tell you which category you fall into before quoting.
How long does it take? Typically two to four weeks from receiving complete records. Incomplete records are what stretch timelines, not the compilation itself.
My year end has already passed and I've done nothing. Is it too late? No, but the clock is running. Get in touch now rather than closer to the deadline — penalties for late submission are avoidable and expensive.
