What it costs

Price on request

Your fee is fixed monthly, based on transaction volume, whether you're VAT registered, and how many employees you have. You'll have the number before any work starts, and it doesn't change unless your business does.

Getting started

1. A short call to understand your business and current setup
2. A fixed quote, usually within two working days
3. Onboarding — we get access to your existing records and, if you're switching, handle the handover from your previous accountant

Common questions

What if my books are a mess? Then that's where we start. We'll quote separately for the catch-up work so you can see it clearly, then move onto the standard monthly fee once you're current.

Which accounting software do I have to use? Whichever one suits you. We don't push clients onto a particular package to make our own life easier — if you're already running something that works, we'll work in it. If you're starting from scratch, we'll talk through the options for a business like yours. The subscription stays in your name either way, which means your data is yours and you're never locked in by your accountant.

How do I get my paperwork to you? Photograph it, email it, or drop it in a shared folder. Most clients never hand over a physical document.
