2. We set up the payroll and run a parallel first month to catch anything that doesn't match
3. You approve each run before payslips go out and payments are made

Common questions

I only have two employees. Is it worth outsourcing? Usually yes. The compliance obligations are identical whether you have two employees or twenty, and the penalty for getting them wrong doesn't scale down.

My EMP501 didn't reconcile last time. Can you fix it? Yes. Reconciliation differences are almost always traceable — a mid-year salary change processed incorrectly, a terminated employee still on the system, or an EMP201 that was corrected but never resubmitted. We'll find it.

Can my staff get their payslips directly? Yes. Payslips can be emailed to employees directly or delivered through a self-service portal, depending on what suits your team.
