Before you begin
- Certificate numbers must follow a sequential series for your company.
- Two directors should sign where two or more directors exist; one director may sign if there is only one.
- A company secretary should also sign when one has been appointed.
- Post–1 May 2011 companies generally issue no par value shares unless the company was incorporated before that date.
